I have been a licensed full time Realtor at Coldwell Banker Bain since July 1989. I have consistently been a top producing agent within our company and I am a Previews Property specialist, a certification earned by a select few, specializing in Seattle’s upper tier market.

I began my career successfully selling condominiums in Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, First Hill and Downtown neighborhoods. I have had four condominium projects in all of the named neighborhoods; 420 Melrose, Parkview Plaza, Galer Gardens, and the Colonial Grand Pacific which allowed me to work with both developers and customers as well as designers and architects. Although my primary focus is on the Downtown Seattle condominium marketplace, as a Seattle native I have successfully sold condos and homes throughout many in-city neighborhoods and the greater Eastside.

I am the co-founder of the Downtown Condominium Network group, which is comprised of thirty of Seattle’s top real estate professionals sharing the latest updates in the marketplace and providing continuing education to our members.
